3. Period of Application

Application Period for Participation: from May 19, 2025 to the day of the event

　- Please note that the participation fee will change after Tuesday, September 9th.
　- For on-site tours only, advance registration is required by Friday, August 8th.

Application Period for Presentation: from May 19, 2025 to June 30 at noon, 2025

4. Publications on the Proceeding

　Paticipants can download the preceedings from the web site on this application page.

5. Reservations of Accommodations and Plane Tickets

　The secretariat will not arrange accommodations nor plane tickets. Each participant should do that.
