2022 Application for Participation

1. Period of Application for Participation

Application Period: from July 12, 2022 to August 31, 2022

1) There are two ways to participate: participation at the local venue (face-to-face) and online participation.
2) Presentation (Both oral and Poster) will be available only in the local venue.
3) Online participants can listen to the lecture and ask questions in the chat.
4) As a general rule, pre-registration (completing payment by the deadline) will not be refunded.

2. Publications on the Proceeding

 At this meeting we will distribute the proceeding on CD and publicize on Web site. The distribution of the CD is made on the very days of the meeting. Those who have applied for the Web access will be sent ID/PW and can view the proceeding in advance. We don’t distribute the proceeding(paper-bound).

1)Application in advance means the participation fee has been paid in advance. We do not return the paid fee.
2)If you have any rules of companies or government offices regarding the payment, please contact us about that.
3)When the number of applicants for local site visiting courses is small, the course may be cancelled. (In this case the paid fee will be returned or another course will be recommended.)

4. Method of Participation including Paper Submission and Payment

Application Period for Presentation: from July 12, 2022 to August 8, 2022

  • Notice: This system uses Japanese. If you have a problem, consult the secretariat of the meeting.

  Application for participation

 The flow of application procedures is in the following.

  • 1)The participation application is made by filling in the necessary items. The inputs are which meeting to participate in (workshop, Roundtable and local site visiting tours).
  • 2)When the input is completed, the personal page is going to be logged in. The payment of the participation fee is made on the personal page. You can select credit card payment or convenience store payment. When you select the payment, you will move to the payment screen. According to the payment method you have selected, you can pay.
  • 3)When the payment is confirmed, you can download the receipt and the attendance card.
  • 4)If you need the receipt in other formats (receipt by item or by separate fee), please consult us at the reception desk on the very day. (Please make sure to bring the receipt downloaded.)
  • 5)Print the attendance card and bring it to the reception desk on the very day.
  • 6)You are asked to apply beforehand as much as possible to perform the smooth management.
  • 7)If the payment is not made by the closing date, the payment will be made by the fee on the very day.
  • 8)We don’t accept group applications, as we did in the past. Please apply individually.
